👤 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home (EBD experience essential)
• Strong leadership, organisational and safeguarding skills
• Someone who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and young people
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People’s Residential Management) – or working towards it

• Operational Management: Ensure day-to-day efficiency, regulatory adherence, and smooth running of the home.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
• Leadership & HR: Guide your team with empathy and professionalism; foster their growth.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, expenses, and compliance.
• Planning & Reporting: Contribute to strategic planning and maintain compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
