- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a childrenās home (EBD experience essential)
- Strong leadership, organisational and safeguarding skills
- Someone who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and young people
- Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young Peopleās Residential Management) ā or working towards it

- Operational Management: Ensure day-to-day efficiency, regulatory adherence, and smooth running of the home.
- Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
- Leadership & HR: Guide your team with empathy and professionalism; foster their growth.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, expenses, and compliance.
- Planning & Reporting: Contribute to strategic planning and maintain compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
