The Role As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Implement and maintain practice protocols.
• Manage stock control and ordering processes.
• Conduct practice audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with industry representatives and educational institutions.
• Support the Nursing Team Lead with HR responsibilities.
• Contribute to the wider management team.

This role is perfect for a confident RVN with at least 5 years of experience who enjoys leading a team, ensuring smooth workflows, and upholding high clinical standards.
