The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for a 44-bedded nursing home
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership to a dedicated team
- Oversee care delivery across elderly and dementia care
- Manage and support a team including 6 qualified nurses
- Maintain and build on the current Good CQC rating
- Drive occupancy growth from current 38 residents
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
- Nurse (RGN/RMN) or non-nurse considered
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care preferred
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Experience managing nursing and dementia services
- Hands-on, visible leadership style
- Must be local to the Calne area
- Family-run 44-bedded nursing home
- 38 current residents

- 25 nursing residents supported by a team of 6 nurses
- Good CQC rating
