Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical teams to deliver high-quality, personalised care
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to meet operational and clinical targets
- Oversee clinical governance, audits, and care planning processes
- Build effective therapeutic relationships with service users and carers
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, safeguarding, and organisational policies
- Provide mentorship, clinical supervision, and support to team members
- Liaise with external professionals and agencies to support collaborative care pathways
- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Staff Nurse in mental health services
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills
- Experience with care planning, risk management, and safeguarding processes
- Experience in long-term complex mental health care or rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007) and Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Competitive starting salary from £38,300 per annum
