Deputy Manager – Nursing Home (RGN)
Location: Highbury, London
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts with one possible supernumerary day)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as Deputy Manager within a well-established, purpose-built elderly care home in Highbury. The home maintains an excellent staff-to-resident ratio, prioritising hands-on, person-centred nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the nursing and care team on shift.

Deliver high-quality, clinical care to residents.

Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations and compliance.

Contribute to audits, care plan reviews, and staff supervision.

Maintain clinical skills through regular nursing shifts.

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential.

Previous leadership or senior nurse experience in elderly care.

Strong clinical, communication, and team management skills.
