Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties.
- Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth theatre operations.
- Maintain a sterile and organised theatre environment, preparing and managing surgical instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to clinical standards, prioritising patient safety and quality care.
- Qualifications: NMC registration with proven theatre nursing experience.
- Expertise: Proficiency or interest in at least one specialty—ENT, ophthalmology, laparoscopy, plastics, or podiatry.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to delivering high standards of care.
