- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Providing and monitoring care plans tailored to individual needs
- Supporting residents with complex health conditions, including dementia and end-of-life care
- Leading and mentoring care assistants to maintain the highest standards
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with CQC and NMC regulations
- Promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident
🔹 What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN)
- Excellent clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- A team player who can work independently when required
