Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking for a rewarding role within a family-run nursing home? Our well-established, friendly home in Oswestry is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, providing assessments and reporting any concerns.
• Lead and support care staff in delivering excellent care and support to residents.
• Create and maintain care plans, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
