About the Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You’ll lead by example, providing both hands-on clinical support and supernumerary oversight. You’ll also help guide and develop the team, working closely with staff, residents, and their families.

What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
- Some experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, but not essential – we invest in training and development for the right candidate
