Location: Gloucestershire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £35,000 per annum (rising to £40,000)
Bonus: 6% performance bonus available
About the Role An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead a brand new domiciliary care service. This is a perfect role for someone looking to grow with the company, develop a regional presence and eventually oversee multiple care managers.
You’ll be responsible for registering the service with CQC, building a client base, recruiting and developing a team, and driving high standards of care provision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on CQC registration and service set-up
- Drive business growth, building new client relationships
- Recruit, manage and develop care staff
- Ensure high quality, person-centred care delivery
- Meet and exceed service targets
- Experienced in care management within domiciliary or home care
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)
- Strong business development skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and growing a service
