We are an up-and-coming domiciliary care provider, part of a well-established, medium-sized care organisation with national reach. As we expand into the Herefordshire and Worcestershire region, we’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the development of our new branch and drive its success.

💼 What You’ll Do: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, day-to-day operations, and ongoing development of our domiciliary care service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Registering with the CQC and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Leading and developing a team of care professionals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders
• Driving growth by bringing in new clients and increasing care hours
• Creating and implementing care packages tailored to individual needs
• Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and performance
• Ensuring all care plans and risk assessments are up to date and accurate
• Monitoring service quality and implementing improvements as needed
• Managing budgets, rotas, and business development goals

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in domiciliary care management
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for high-quality, person-centred care
• Demonstrated experience in business development and bringing on new clients
• NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 5)
• Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and care legislation
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – this is essential for travel across the region
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the drive to grow a service from the ground up

💰 The Package:

• Starting salary of £35,000 per annum
• Increased to £40,000 once the service reaches 1,000 care hours per week
• Ongoing training and professional development
