Role Overview:
  • Manage and oversee the night-time operations of the CAMHS unit, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for young people.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervising a team of RMNs and support staff.

Candidate Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Essential
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in CAMHS or adolescent mental health settings
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts, ensuring continuity of care and clinical excellence
