Position Details
  • Role: Specialty Psychiatrist – Neurodevelopmental Conditions
  • Location: Hybrid (with some office presence in Basingstoke)
  • Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Pro Rata for 0.6 FTE)
  • Hours: Part Time (22.5 hours/week) | Full Time Considered

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Autism and ADHD clinical assessments (virtually) and manage follow-up appointments
  • Oversee ADHD medication titration when required
  • Participate in referral meetings and provide clinical duty cover
  • Allocate time for PDP and clinical supervision
  • Produce high-quality clinical reports in a timely manner
  • Contribute to and lead MDT meetings
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
  • Champion high standards of care and risk management across the service
Ideal Candidate:
  • Fully registered and licensed Psychiatrist with specialty experience in neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Skilled in virtual assessment and diagnosis for ADHD and Autism
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk
  • Compassionate, person-centred approach with a passion for improving outcomes for neurodivergent individuals
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
