💰 Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

🌟 Lead, Inspire, Transform We’re seeking an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The Role:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Build and inspire a strong, motivated staff team
• Create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people with EBD
• Work closely with local authorities and external professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Manager experience or Deputy ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• A proven track record of leadership within children’s residential care
• Passion and commitment to supporting children with EBD
