The Service:
- 10-bedded nursing home
- Supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Team of approximately 35 staff including nurses, support workers and activity staff
- Well-established, values-led charity provider
- Provide strong clinical leadership and day-to-day clinical oversight
- Support, mentor and supervise nursing and care staff
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and clinical governance
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and medication management
- Work closely with management and multidisciplinary teams
- Support CQC compliance and continuous improvement
- NMC registered nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
- Previous experience in a clinical lead, senior nurse or deputy role
- Experience working with learning disabilities and/or mental health
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about working within a charitable, values-driven organisation
