We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee 5 supported living services in Eastbourne, supporting young adults with mental health needs and autism.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone experienced in supported living or complex care who is confident managing teams, maintaining quality, and ensuring person-centred support across multiple sites.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of 5 supported living services
- Lead, support and develop staff teams across sites
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for young adults
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, incidents and safeguarding concerns
- Work closely with families, professionals and external agencies
- Experience managing supported living or similar services
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Knowledge of mental health and autism support
- Confident in safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple sites
