Overview An established and growing residential childcare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, homely, nurturing environment where children and young people can build positive relationships and make meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the children’s home in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership, supervision, guidance and direction to staff teams
- Model best practice when responding to challenging behaviour to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Register with Ofsted as the home’s Registered Manager and work closely with senior leadership
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Strong working knowledge of LD / EBD and behaviour that challenges
- Experience as a Registered Manager within a Children’s Residential Home
- Experience delivering supervision, mentoring, coaching and staff development
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to Work in the UK
