We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Aylesbury, currently delivering around 800 local authority hours.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary service
- Ensure full CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, support and develop the care team
- Manage local authority relationships and contracts
- Maintain high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to register)
- CQC improvement experience highly desirable
- Solid understanding of domiciliary care regulations
- Strong leadership, organisational and people skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive salary £38,000 – £45,000
