As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a newly formed team dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care. You will oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of staff, fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for vulnerable young people. What They are Looking For in a Registered Children’s Residential Home Manager
- Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children’s residential setting
- Previous management experience in a children’s home is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Energetic, confident, and inspiring leadership skills
- Proficient with computer systems and IT
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
