Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and consultants during outpatient clinics and procedures.
- Provide excellent patient support, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
- Prepare clinical areas and equipment before and after use.
- Maintain accurate records in line with policies and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver smooth service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a patient-facing role.
- Must have Phlebotomy Experience
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible and eager to learn new skills.
