About the Role We are seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to oversee the clinical and operational running of this friendly and reputable care home. You’ll lead the team to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the home continues to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualised care.

Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – essential
- Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within elderly or dementia care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical oversight skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional person-centred care
