Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Manage care staff, rotas, recruitment, and staff development
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are person-centred and compliant
- Work closely with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
- Drive service quality and support business growth initiatives
- Previous experience in a domiciliary or home care management role
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to work towards it)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality elderly care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Salary up to £37,000 per annum
- Career progression to Registered Manager
- Support with achieving Level 5 Health & Social Care Leadership qualification
- Friendly, supportive management team
- Monday–Friday hours
