👩‍⚕️ About the Role:

You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team of veterinary professionals, including a wide-ranging clinical team of companion animal, mixed, and farm animal vets, as well as experienced RVNs, student nurses, and animal nursing assistants.
As part of our nursing team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Nurse consultations, admissions, and discharges
  • Anaesthetic preparation and monitoring
  • In-patient care and high-standard patient support
  • Diagnostic procedures including lab work, radiography, and blood sampling
  • 1 in 6 non-residential night/weekend OOH rota supporting the on-call vet
Our rota ensures variety and balance, with shifts at any of our three branches. We value flexibility and teamwork, and we’re committed to helping every member of staff feel supported and appreciated.

🕘 Hours & Schedule:
  • Weekdays: 8:30am–5:30pm or 9am–6pm
  • Saturdays: One per month (9am–1pm or 9am–1pm followed by on-call through to Monday morning)
  • Mileage payments provided for out-of-hours travel
🎓 What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 – £32,000, based on experience
  • CPD allowance with 3 paid days annually (by mutual agreement)
