Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager ready for your next challenge? We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and compliance-focused Home Care Manager to lead our Solihull branch. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing service that currently oversees 500–1,000 care hours per week, with ambitious plans to double capacity within 12 months.

🔹 The Role As the Home Care Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Solihull service. You will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and the ongoing growth of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily running of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure high levels of compliance and meet all CQC regulatory requirements
  • Lead, support, and develop the care coordination and care delivery teams
  • Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
  • Monitor and maintain care quality through audits, spot checks, and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders
  • Drive growth of the service and hours delivered
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping

🔹 What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Domiciliary Care Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to drive service improvements and growth
  • Ideally hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be working towards)
  • A genuine passion for high-quality care and customer satisfaction
