Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager ready for your next challenge? We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and compliance-focused Home Care Manager to lead our Solihull branch. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing service that currently oversees 500–1,000 care hours per week, with ambitious plans to double capacity within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure high levels of compliance and meet all CQC regulatory requirements
- Lead, support, and develop the care coordination and care delivery teams
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Monitor and maintain care quality through audits, spot checks, and feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders
- Drive growth of the service and hours delivered
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Domiciliary Care Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to drive service improvements and growth
- Ideally hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be working towards)
- A genuine passion for high-quality care and customer satisfaction
