Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, mentor and support the nursing and care teams
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times
- Conduct clinical audits and contribute to care planning and reviews
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals
- Promote a safe and person-centred environment for all residents
- Support with staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing training
Required Skills & Experience:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Strong experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Confident communicator with residents, families, and professionals
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving quality improvement
