Domiciliary Care Manager – Birmingham – £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Full-time | On-call requirement | 3,000 care hours per week

I am working on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider in Birmingham to recruit an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service delivering over 3,000 care hours per week, with the support of a strong senior team and committed field staff.

The Role:
As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, responsive, and person-centred care. You will play a key role in driving quality, supporting your care teams, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team delivering 3,000 care hours per week
  • Maintain CQC compliance and ensure high standards of care
  • Oversee care planning, staff supervision, and ongoing training
  • Manage the on-call rota (with shared on-call responsibilities)
  • Promote a positive culture and excellent communication across the service
  • Work closely with clients, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for high-quality care
  • Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota
Salary & Benefits:
  • £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
