💼 About the Role: As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational oversight and strategic development of the service. A key focus of the role will be to build on existing networks and relationships within the local community and healthcare sectors to increase care hours and expand the client base.
You will manage a dedicated care team, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, delivering exceptional care, and maintaining a supportive work environment for staff.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of care coordinators and carers
- Drive growth through effective networking, marketing, and community engagement
- Monitor and improve service delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, rotas, audits, and reports
- Ensure safe recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Maintain and improve the current “Good” CQC rating
🔍 Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership and staff management skills
- Business acumen and a passion for growth and service expansion
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
